Got a simple service (oil change etc) and 2 months later failed the NCT stating that there was too much oil in the car. Explained this to Atlas and they gVe a list of invalid reasons, none of which were their fault. Had a look myself and buckets of oil came out. Got a new clutch, left the garage as it was faulty within 20 minutes of driving away Got new suspension shocks and came with a 1 year warranty. They were obviously faulty as 6 months later they were gone again. Jerzy in customer services response was that I had received what I ordered and they had fulfilled their end of the "contract". I have never heard this phrase used by a customer service person who I would have thought should be trying to help!!! He said I could return the item at my own expense which I have now done and will never shop with them again!

Recommended by my brother, for me this is usually my go to place for large drums of oil or window cleaning fluid and things like wipers. They offer great prices so it's worth popping along... For me though, like with a lot of mechanic/car service places I feel always feel super intimidated and unfortunately there's no change with this place... Am always reluctant to ask questions, instead prepping before hand with the hubby :-)

He stuck my car up on the ramp removed my four wheels and replaced them with a nice set of wheels to keep me going for a few days while they stripped painted and hot baked my wheels. I have original 17" Audi wheels which were in pretty bad shape, when I got them back they were like the day I bought them. I couldnt believe it! I couldn't recommend these highly enough for the job they did on my alloy wheels or the hassle free way they operate this service. Like the L'oreal add my car looks three years younger :) I have been back since to Antan to get winter tyres for my wifes car. I was going to buy for wheels but Tony advised that I only needed two on the front. I got a great deal, two tyres and two new alloy wheels so as soon as summer comes back I can flip my old wheels back onto the car with no more future expense.

I still used them however as I am fortunate enough to qualify for a trade card which made pricing on many items competitive with the trade pricing in other motor factors. Recently however they have revised this and the trade discount is so minimal (5% on a car battery, no discount on certain wiper blades and minimal on tooling) that the resulting price is still at least 15% more expensive than the retail price anywhere else and around 40% more expensive than comparable trade prices elsewhere. Needless to say I'm now done with Halfords as there is no reason whatsoever to purchase from them except in cases of extreme emergency.

Arrived at 5 to six to a qué at the bike desk to get announcement the store is closing. The staff checked the bike visual inspection and offered to book the bike in for service. Took details and then went to tag my bike they wanted to keep my bike for a whole week for couple of tightening procedures and said he didn't know when the technician was available... Clueless or rather couldn't give a rats ass ... Either way I would avoid this store in future.
