Do you want low pressure customer service from you buying experience? Look no further than BMVW Auto Sales. From the time we entered the lot to the time we left our experience was top notch. We had a low to no pressure walk around the lot and found the vehicle we wanted to purchase. They work closely with Capital One so I had my pre-approval done before I came in to shop and the whole buying experience was maybe half an hour. The best part was they do not add in a bunch of dealer junk fees right at the closing table, YES!! NO DEALER FEES!! Everyone in the showroom was nice and friendly. If you are unsure about an electric vehicle then you should go by and speak with Moshen first, he is very knowledgeable and will put your mind at ease with the fears you may have about owning, driving and charging your vehicle. Something I would think everyone would know is that they take different forms of payment but do not take checks, for obvious reasons with today's world of scammers. Be prepared with cash or card.

MIKE then stated that he sold the car i was on the way to pick up the electric vehicle ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATION. If you wanna remain sane DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AND WASTE YOUR TIME.

Why do you have so many people working in your building and no one can solve our issue? 2. It's been 6 months and supposedly it's fixed and now basically y'all washed y'all hands with this situation ? Nothing has been fixed fyi. 3. How do you sell a vehicle you don't even have the title too? 4. You dare tell me that there's nothing you can do anymore it's the tags office job? When all this was cause of one job title didn't do their job right. So how is it not your problem anymore. I'm so disappointed that our family had to deal with such an issue and still be dealing with it. Now I can't drive my vehicle until the hard copy comes in. Mind you it's been roughly 6 month, that I have been driving with temporary tags. And now today it expired and they say I have to wait. So I'm supposed to stop working and figure it out? When all this could have never happened if they didn't sell a vehicle that they didn't have a title too. The owner should offer some sort of help for having to deal with what the workers were doing wrong, until everything is fixed 100%. This is insane and really annoying.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!…read more Dear Union City Chrysler Jeep Management, This message serves as formal notice that your dealership is now in breach of contract regarding the sale of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4, purchased from your Union City location on May 7, 2025. You provided a written agreement at the time of sale to repair or replace the cracked windshield and damaged front bumper, and instructed us that these repairs would be scheduled at your Smyrna location. Despite three weeks of repeated calls--more than ten attempts to your dealership and service department--we have been ignored, disconnected, or strung along with vague promises. No appointment has been scheduled. No follow-up has occurred. Further, when I attempted to register the vehicle, I was informed by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) that your dealership has failed to submit the title paperwork, making it impossible to secure a permanent registration. The temporary tag you issued is now near expiration. This puts me at legal risk through no fault of my own and represents a second serious failure on your part to fulfill legal obligations under Georgia law. Repeated calls to the dealership have gone unanswered and ignored. Your conduct constitutes willful negligence, deceptive business practices, and bad faith, all of which are subject to legal remedy. THIS IS YOUR FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE THIS PRIVATELY. You have until Friday, June 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST to: Schedule and confirm repairs for the windshield and front bumper, in writing. Provide documented proof that the title has been submitted to DDS. If you fail to respond and resolve these issues by the stated deadline, I will take immediate action, including but not limited to: Filing a formal complaint with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division Initiating litigation for breach of contract, negligence, and damages Contacting Chrysler Corporate and escalating this case through their legal and consumer affairs departments Disclosing your conduct to local investigative journalists, including WSB-TV, FOX 5 I-Team, and Atlanta News First Publishing our documented experience across Google Reviews, BBB, Yelp, and social media platforms with names and dates I want to be absolutely clear: I am prepared to involve legal counsel and the media immediately, I am not interested in excuses, delays, or further avoidance. I expect a written response, resolution plan, and documentation of title submission by the deadline.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent BMW purchase experience with BMW of South Atlanta. After…read morebringing the vehicle home, I attempted to set up my driver profile and quickly realized that key features--like Comfort Access and the Alexa integration--were not functioning at all. I contacted BMW Assist and ConnectedDrive support, only to find out that the vehicle requires a software update for these features to work properly. This is something that absolutely should have been addressed prior to the sale. I then reached out to my sales representative, who told me I could take the car to a nearby dealership to resolve the issue. However, when I arrived at a local dealership for the software update, I was informed that the update would cost $450 and take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I just purchased this vehicle, and now I'm being asked to pay out of pocket and spend half a day fixing something that should have been fully operational before I ever drove it off the lot. To make matters worse, the dealership I purchased the vehicle from is over an hour away, and I had already made two separate trips there within a 4-day span during the negotiation and purchase process. After that time investment, I expected the car to be fully ready and all features operational at delivery. After playing phone tag with the dealership I purchased from for the past week, I was repeatedly told I would receive a call back the next day. It has now been three days with no follow-up at all. When I finally did get information, I was told that Comfort Access is actually a separate feature and that my X3 does not include it--something that was never clearly communicated during the sales process. I was also told that Amazon Alexa was a feature I could use, but that it expires at the end of this month, which is surprising as I've never encountered that with previous BMWs. Even more frustrating, after getting home and attempting setup, Alexa does not appear as an installed app in the vehicle at all and the dealership has informed that I will need to bring the X3 back in for them to do further updates. To add further context, this is my sixth BMW, and by far the worst experience and level of service I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. This experience has left a very negative impression. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer experience, this level of oversight, lack of transparency, and poor follow-up is disappointing. Buyers should not have to deal with additional costs, unclear feature availability, and lack of communication immediately after purchase just to have basic advertised features working.

Even though I had went the day before and the guy told me to come back the next morning. He didn't mention I should make an appointment he just told me to come back at 7 am when they open. So I did and was told I would have to wait for a couple of hours. I was already prepared to wait. I had all of my electronics and chargers with me. Shane was the service rep helping me. He told me the problems and cost of the major issues I brought it in for. I decided not to go with one of my issues because the price was ridiculous for that little repair. He made sure I was comfortable during my wait and he kept me updated along the process. I was kind of mad when reviewing the bill because they fixed things they didn't discuss with me or ask could they fix. Per my receipt they fixed them because the technician recommended them. I wish they would have asked my permission first. So next time if I take my car back I'm going to have to have a good discussion with them before I allow them to repair anything. But my baby is fixed and back riding smoothly. And it didn't take as long as they first estimated. But if you want to go here it's best to make an appointment. And make sure y'all thoroughly discuss what needs to be fixed and what you want them to fix.

They also quoted me nine thousand dollars for a new transmission where other shops were charging me 4750 for a new transmission plus 1000 for labor. When I declined the transmission it took them almost another 2 weeks to fix my rear shocks and brakes and the oil change. To put it into perspective. I took a 3 week vacation and the car still was not complete when I returned from vacation to where I had to get a rental car to go to work because my car was still being serviced by this location. When I finally went to pick up my car after they said it was ready I had to wait 30+ minutes as they only had one sales rep and when I got in the car the seat had a smudge and still had tags in it. No new oil change tag in the driver side and the oil life wasnt even reset on the console. 2k for rear shocks, front brakes and a oil change. I cannot recommend getting car service from this location. Ever since ALM bought out this location service has gone down. My last oil change I dropped it off in the morning and it wasnt ready until the next day. The time before that they said they are so swamped that they wont be able to even service my car that day so I ended up having to take it somewhere else. Hopefully their service gets better in the future.

Racist comments, threats, and humiliation. The worst dealership experience my wife and I have ever…read morehad. In February, my wife and I drove an hour to this Ford dealership to purchase a truck. We knew exactly what we wanted and were ready to buy. Our salesperson, TR, initially seemed friendly, but his attitude changed dramatically during negotiations. TR told us he would "lie to the dealership" to get us an additional $500 discount while repeatedly winking at us. As we continued negotiating, he became increasingly angry and made racist comments about people of my race always wanting everything cheap, saying that does not work in the United States. Then it escalated beyond rude comments. TR walked us outside and told us to come back another day. When we explained that we had driven an hour and could not simply return, he got in my face and threatened to fight me if we did not leave. I was genuinely scared and knocked on the dealership door to get help from other employees while he continued threatening me. Bill, a sales manager, came outside, told TR to leave, and calmed the situation. He treated us respectfully, convinced us to return inside, and closed the deal. Bill and Henry then asked us not to leave a negative review and promised our first service would be free because of what had happened. When I returned last Friday for that service, Benjamin in the service department was professional and helpful. However, the promised service had never been documented on my account, so he directed me to sales. Sales manager Mike told me I had to pay. When I explained the promise, he said Bill no longer worked there and Henry was not a manager, so nothing could be done. I then explained the original racist remarks and threats and pointed out TR, who was at the dealership. What happened next was appalling. Mike went behind the counter, TR joined him, and they started laughing while repeatedly looking at me. After approximately 20 minutes, I asked for an update. TR pulled a wad of cash from his pocket, held it toward me, and bragged about how much money he had. They eventually said they would cover the service, but by then the interaction had become another opportunity to humiliate me. TR said he would personally pay, continued showing off his cash, and made a condescending comment that I needed the money because I had driven an hour. I repeatedly said I wanted to pay for the service myself. As I left, Mike and TR were laughing at me again. I went there to buy a truck, not to have my race insulted, be threatened with a fight, or have someone wave cash at me as if I were beneath them. The fact that a sales manager participated in the laughter after I reported the original incident made the experience even worse. I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. Paying for a service does not erase racist comments, threats, or humiliation. Asking us to withhold a negative review and promising a free service also does not resolve what happened--especially when returning for that service led to more degrading treatment. Benjamin deserves credit for his professionalism, and Bill handled the original confrontation respectfully. But my experience with TR and Mike destroyed any trust I had in this dealership. I deeply regret spending my money here. Based on how my wife and I were treated, I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to take their business elsewhere. Dealership ownership and Ford customer relations should investigate both encounters. No customer should ever leave a dealership feeling threatened, mocked, and humiliated.
