The court process took a long time, but Alisa Grange was there every step of the way. From the beginning, she was the only one who took the time to properly look into my case, while others I spoke with didn't even check and told me it was too late to file or said I should try to figure it out myself online. I didn't know how to do that, but Kyra immediately checked everything for me and gave me clear advice. Throughout the process, she kept me informed, explained each step, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding. The result? I WON -- NO charge, NO fine, NO points! WOW I couldn't be more thankful. Alisa, you're truly the best provider of professional services in Cambridge. From the start they explained the fee, and the flow of events as they would happen. They kept me in the loop as I received notices from the court. When I contacted them, they reassured me that they would handle everything while I was away, and would keep me notified of any events of importance. They were helpful, kept me informed, and were successful. I am totally satisfied.
