From the start they explained the fee, and the flow of events as they would happen. They kept me in the loop as I received notices from the court. I was concerned at one point, as I needed to leave the country. When I contacted them, they reassured me that they would handle everything while I was away, and would keep me notified of any events of importance. While still away on my trip I received an email from X-Coppers advising me that when they had met with the prosecutor regarding my case, it was decided at that time that the charge would be dismissed. They were helpful, kept me informed, and were successful. I am totally satisfied.

She made me feel heard. She understood how scared I was and listened and offered appropriate services and advice on how to get the best out of our mediation time. We contact them and they had a mediator by the name of Chris Love reach out to both my ex partner and myself this was the first time I had ever dealt with a mediation, didn't know what to expect. However, things for this individual turned ugly very quickly. He was condescending. He was unprofessional. He was combative. He even raised his voice with me. To the point where I actually was almost in tears, I couldn't believe that this person who was going to help us mediate an agreement was so rude so unprofessional, and so combative I had no idea that somebody like that would be allowed to media if you're dealing with this company and you get him all I can say is run and tell them you want somebody different right away. He was absolutely terrible. He had no empathy he had Anybody with regards to this. I get it. You be neutral, but you also have to be compassionate and are going through extremely rough time at this time in their life. I ended up firing this individual by phoning the company and telling him I would not go any further with this, eventually, they sent another mediator whom I will review again later by the name of Vanessa Tharen she was compassionate. She was understanding she was helpful and she was neutral and she was able to get a mediation deal done in two Mr. love doubt we would've ever come to an agreement.. just know if one or both parties are unhappy with your mediator. You can dismiss them and get another one and I would suggest you do it because it's very important to get the agreement amicable and that was not gonna happen with Mr. love
