From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. She was also quick to respond when we had questions and stayed in constant communication with us regarding feedback from showings and other events during the process. She helped talk us through every step of the way as we received an offer and went through negotiations. From the inspection, some concerns were noted. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. Negotiations were smooth with no major issues arising. We had already narrowed down the general area in which we were interested in living. She provided additional information based on her knowledge of the area which enabled us to further narrow our search. We quickly found a property and she was on top of the negotiations. She has a team of venders available that was helpful as the inspection identified hail damage to the roof. Her roofer was able to provide verification and helped in working with the sellers to get the issue addressed by their insurance prior to closing. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, communication skills, and for staying on top of things every step of the way throughout the process.

Pam truly goes the extra mile!…read more When it came to selling our house, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Pam. From the onset, she was a fountain of knowledge, patiently addressing all our questions and concerns. This was crucial in making the entire process feel manageable and far less overwhelming than we had anticipated. What truly set her apart was her commitment to our needs, especially when we were out of town as the house hit the market. She dedicated extra time to be there on our behalf, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Her proactive approach in ironing out potential issues, like title, survey, and appraisal concerns, was impressive. It's clear she is an expert and thinks ahead and cares deeply about her clients' interests. The result of her hard work was nothing short of remarkable. Our home sold within just three days of listing, fetching a price that exceeded our expectations. This success can be largely attributed to her strategic marketing and her knack for building anticipation among potential buyers and other realtors. But perhaps the most touching aspect of her service were the personal touches she added. The high-quality, full-color booklets she created for our listing showcased our home beautifully to prospective buyers and agents. Even more heartwarming was the custom booklet she made for us -- a tear-jerking keepsake of our beloved home. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. She's not just skilled...she cares, and that makes all the difference.

They came highly recommended by a friend and when I needed a real estate agent, I didn't hesitate to contact them. After meeting and talking with Pam and Taylor, I was impressed with their level of knowledge of the area and the amount of data they had about my local market. They were dependable and knowledgeable agents who helped me relocate and offered various referrals for brokers, inspectors, construction, maintenance, and insurance professionals to assist me after my move. They are also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were discussions about certain verbiage in documents, they were patient and worked through some potentially tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset gave me the confidence they would get the job done and they most certainly did! Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, great/positive energy made my purchase process very simple. I have already recommended them to several of my good friends. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than the Heinrich Home Team. If/when I need to sell or purchase another home, I know exactly who to call when the time comes. I guess the best compliment I can give is this 'I felt like I was working with a great friend, rather than real estate agents.' Sincerely, Caroline Prudhomme 214-218-3043

Todd is an exceptional agent…read more I've lived in several major metropolitan areas in the U.S. throughout my life, and service in Dallas has been more hit and miss than in any other major city I've ever lived in. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe it's just super hot in Dallas and people just can't be bothered to work all that hard. Maybe it's because people here just earn less on average and so they don't have the financial incentive to put in as much work. Whatever the reason is, I've honestly found it quite difficult to find high-quality professionals here who take pride in their work. Todd is one of the few I've worked with in my 5+ years of living in this city who really stand out. He's just an all-around consummate professional. Todd has an incredible depth of industry knowledge and general housing experience that he draws from that he used to guide my wife and I throughout our first home purchase at the beginning of September. And in the rare instance that he didn't know something, he always took the time to research it and follow-up as soon as he could. But even more important for me was Todd's humility and integrity. While real-estate agents are often seen as simple salespeople, Todd never came a cross as salesy whatsoever. He would always try to remain impartial, objective, and honest, even if that meant compromising his own bottom line. I could see Todd's integrity a mile away, which is why I felt comfortable trusting him with a transaction of this size. While I don't know for certain, I think I'm pretty safe in guessing that Todd is quite well off. He's not desperate for business and he does a significant volume of large transactions annually. This is extremely important when considering a real estate agent because the more desperate they are, the more likely they'll do whatever it takes to close a deal, even at your expense. At the same time, you don't want to work with an agent who is too absorbed in their own success that they can't bother to spend any time with you. Todd is truly that rare mix of humility, integrity, experience, and detail orientation that makes for the perfect real estate agent. I started this homebuying process thinking real-estate agents are just people who pick up the phone, talk a bunch of nonsense, and collect a handsome check after doing effectively nothing, and left on closing day absolutely certain that I would not have been able to do this without Todd. I highly recommend him and am happy to share more details about my experience if you want to reach out.

While living…read morein Kentucky, we decided to trust Sharmy to help us in our first home-buying experience from over 800 miles away... She exceeded all expectations! Obviously, buying our first home was a little nerve-racking. So, we really wanted to find an agent with experience in the industry and a history of success with remote purchases. We found that in Sharmy. From the very start, Sharmy put our minds at ease. It was obvious that her top priority was to make sure we had the best possible experience. Throughout the process, she ran around all of the greater Dallas area with a smile and "Happy to help" attitude. In this market, I know it had to be exhausting for her to run around showing tons houses for us... While also teaching a couple "first-timers" things that we needed to know. However, she did it all gracefully. She made it seem like she wasn't even breaking a sweat. She was patient with us over the first few weeks while we figured out where we could compromise and what was actually important to us. She worked with us as we adjusted our criteria over time. Through the process, she intuitively helped us discover what was going to make us happy long-term. Sharmy is truly in the business to HELP her clients. If you're nervous about buying from another state, Sharmy will FaceTime you while showing houses and answer any questions you may have. She takes feedback well and learns your needs with each interaction. Additionally, if a house smells bad... she'll tell you it smells bad. If an area doesn't have a great resale value... she'll tell you up front. If she wouldn't touch a house with a 20 ft. pole because of an issue that stands out to her... she'll tell you! I love that she puts the negatives out there just as quickly as she tells you the things she sees as positive. She clearly thinks about your long-term satisfaction... she's not just trying to close a deal. Sharmy is an agent you can trust. You'll be happy you did!
