Between January 22 and 24th 2019, I took the Watermark Learning course to prepare for the PMI-ACP…read moreexam. It had been a number of years since my last certification preparation (PMP) and I had some concerns that I would need more time to absorb the PMI-ACP principals, and importantly, complete the course with a full agile mindset and prepare for the test.   These concerns melted away as the presentation, interactive exercises, and the collaboration with my classmates allowed me to be at ease and learn the agile knowledge needed to pass the PMI-ACP exam. The 3 day duration was perfect for me. Following the guidance regarding test preparation, I passed the PMI-ACP test on April 27, 2019.   I would highly recommend anyone considering PMI-ACP certification, or any certification that Watermark Learning offers as the best team to engage in order to obtain professional training and certification.   Dave Raymond, PMI-ACP, PMP

Swim Meet Review!!…read more Edina Gators and Southview Middle School = GOOD JOB. Are you coming here for a swim meet? Things to know = the parking lot is small. There's a second lot on the east side of the school, and you can follow a path alongside the south side of the school to get back to the pool entrance. You can also park in the neighborhood. I've been to all sorts of meets here, smaller one session novice style, four session two day invitationals, and post season meets. They always seem to have a solid snack bar going, with real meal options like walking tacos and fresh fruit and baked goods and coffee, not jsut candy and gatorade. There are tables for people to sit at when your kid isnt swimming. (A gym too, but that's pretty typical) The building has a few nooks that you can walk to if you want to get away from all noise. There is a decent amount of seating. They sell programs, if youre into that. (Sometimes this means the program is not available online. Meh. I can work with that)

When we found out MPS was doing full distance learning for the 2020-2021 school year indefinitely,…read moreour family began working non-stop to create/join a learning pod or find someplace that our only son (entering 1st grade) could go to get social interaction and distance learning support. The YMCA was offering limited distance learning without enough one-on-one support for younger aged children who are just learning to read. After much research, we found The Classroom. It has been a Godsend for our son & family....reasonable costs, a wonderful teacher and classmates, personalized curriculum and tutoring for his distance learning meetings & school assignments, a comfortable and safe space....I just can't say enough good things about The Classroom. If you are looking for distance learning support for your children or an alternative to traditional schooling, I suggest giving them a call for a tour! You will be happy you did!!
