Kumon North Richardson was an amazing help for my son who was in 5th grade when he started. Their…read moremethods work, and the reason is that they know there are no shortcuts to real learning. My son spent 30 minutes each day on Reading and another 30 minutes on Math. It was hard work, but it paid off and they encouraged my son every step of the way. After a couple short months I saw my son's confidence grow. His handwriting improved dramatically and I saw him put care into his work. His teachers mentioned how much he had improved academically, but I was surprised to hear that they also thought that he was so much happier at school. My son is on a completely different trajectory now after spending a year and a half in Kumon. I am so grateful for Pauline and Kevin and the time and energy that they put into my son's education. It was worth waiting for them to be available for my son. Teachers were very supportive, gave us suggestions and helped our sons development. The office staff knew our cars so they called our son as soon as I turn into the driveway and he was ready to come out when we park the car, we didn't wait to pick up our son. We enjoyed attending every events like the open school, grandparents day, and Christmas, not only to see my son but others growth. What we liked was their menu too, they had fish day.
