I wish my job just let me take my exams at home rather than coming here…read more First and foremost it's terribly understaffed and lacks general organization. Had to take 3 separate exams here. First time was ok, fully staffed and efficient. 2nd time they only had 2 employees so it took a little longer to get checked in and take my exam. 3rd time here there was only one staff member. No organization as to who was checked in, how to check in, etc. With how their procedures work, they need at minimum 3 employees to make this office run efficiently. Also so much for concentration. I was taking FINRA exams and they don't allow me to bring ear plugs but for this center I wish they would. Super close to traffic and very thin walls. They do provide "noise proof" headphones but honestly they don't work.

Then they rescheduled me a month and a half out. Stated the cancellation was due to the testing center being closed for 2 weeks starting the day of my scheduled exam. Hard to believe they didn't know that prior to when they contacted me at 6:30pm the night before my exam.
