Everything was going well, I was sending her my documents and she was receiving them. Sometimes it would take her a while to get back to me and I thought it was probably because she was either tied up with a case or had a lot of clients. She then began to request documents that I had already sent her. At first I sent her the documents again, but once she started to ask for them more frequently I started to become more and more upset. What was she doing with those documents I had already sent her? I had emails which proved I had already sent them to her, so what was going on? I had to tell her that I no longer needed her services and requested to have her send me the documents she had to me. It felt like either she had too many clients or didn't take my case too seriously. I have never seen her partner, Barbara Lanshe and don't know if she is a better attorney. After reviewing the details of my case multiple times he assured me I had a good case and potential for a favorable outcome. I was then sent over representation paperwork to sign. Once signing this paperwork his entire office became unresponsive to multiple communication attempts over several weeks. Wildly unprofessional in general, but particularly when working under filing deadlines. I signed his paperwork on 16-Jan. It is now 05-Mar. IF I hear from him, it seems that a poor review would be the only conceivable reason.
