I would not recommend the Karp Law Firm in Florida. They represented me in a probate case after my…read morefather's passing, and the experience was very disappointing. The firm made several mistakes during the process, which ultimately cost me both time and money. What was most upsetting, however, was the way I was treated when I asked questions or tried to understand what was going on. Instead of showing professionalism or empathy, the staff often spoke to me as if I were a nuisance and often left my questions unanswered. At one point, they even told me they are a "high-volume office" and that mistakes happen, which did not inspire confidence. On another occasion, I politely inquired about another matter, and they became so defensive that I was sent a letter stating I could find another lawyer and telling me I was being difficult. I simply asked a question, just to be sure another mistake hadn't been made. I declined only because it would have taken so much more time to find a new lawyer and get through the probate process. Losing a parent is hard enough without having to deal with insensitive and dismissive attorneys. I found them to be rude, unhelpful, and lacking in compassion. Based on my experience, I would not trust them to handle an important or emotionally sensitive matter like probate again.
