My experience with Robert Butler and this firm was beyond horrific. Not only did this attorney…read moreovercharge me to the tune of $23,000, but he also lied to me throughout the process and demonstrated complete incompetence by losing crucial personal belongings that served as evidence in my case. To make matters worse, he attempted to cross personal boundaries by trying to pursue my girlfriend at the time-- Who was also a client that he offered to represent for free so she didn't file against him(a blatant violation of professionalism and ethics). Robert Butler offered to reimburse me 5000.00 and never honored that arrangement. So I filed a grievance. When I filed a grievance with the Ohio Bar, armed with evidence to support my allegations, they chose to ignore the gravity of the situation. Adding insult to injury, this attorney used his connections, including his new wife, to manipulate the process and have my grievance thrown out. This was an appalling abuse of power and demonstrated a lack of accountability within the system. This experience was a $23,000 lesson learned the hard way. If you value integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness in an attorney, stay far away from Robert Butler and this law firm.

Had an issue that I thought could use representation. Ultimately in the end I ended up listening to him stutter and stammer and try to manipulate the conversation into saying he didn't want to take the case. Then after he quoted prices that were astronomically high, he proceeded to be very rude on the phone and after I asked a couple more questions, like I stated earlier, ended up hanging up on me. Stay away from this stammering muppet. There are far better attorneys in Cincinnati. Wish I could give this clown 0 stars.

Mr. Bailey made sure I was informed, that I understood every word of my will, and also prepared a living will for me. All before my surgery. It was a rush job, and he let me know up front he probably couldn't get it done before my surgery because of other clients he was helping, but that he would do his best. I would not have been upset had he not be able to get my work done before my surgery date - but he worked late and on the weekend and got it done (I know because he would email and call at times most people would not be working - and I appreciate it).
