Both the dough and tomato sauce at Genna are exceptional. The pear base on the Manhattan was a little sweet for my taste, though I eat a mostly sugar-free diet. The pears were balanced out by the spicy-sweet pepper dews, so I would get it again. Our son is a cannoli expert, as he has had homemade cannolis in over a dozen bakeries in New York and New Jersey.
