I sent an email on July 7 to follow up and haven't received any response. I called their help number and no one picked up. There was another phone number listed on my digital receipt for the fee I paid; naturally, the mailbox is full. I ended up taking my in-car driving test without ever gaining access to the driver education content I paid for. This place might be a scam. Will definitely keep calling and report to the BBB if necessary.

The instructors Ed, and the two Joes each have decades of experience in the field and teaching and prepare you from the ground up, regardless of your previous experience. It is however enormously helpful if you already have an Electronics degree and/or are already working in the field. Each of the classes I've taken are like packing an entire quarter of a college class into two weeks. Ditec are the leaders in the Independent Xray training facilities in the entire world and all the instructors are CRES certified.

He was incredible, calm, patient, kind and thorough. She enjoyed her time doing the in-cars and learned a lot. She passed the test with flying colors! Fast forward to 20 and my other daughter just completed her in-cars with Kelsey. She LOVED it and learned so much! This is a great company that will respond to questions immediately and patiently. Sad that they are able to scam people out of their hard earned money and steal from teenagers! They have these kids complete the classes and then offer to schedule their driving test for them and if the teens decline to test with them because word on the street is that they are failing the kids on the 1st try so that they have to pay an additional 130 bucks, they take their time sending over the certificate so they are able to test on their own. Ari is a true POS! And this school is a SCAM!!!!!
