Zra was the person helping me with the form and taking my before picture. She was amazing and easy to talk to. Since I had my baby daughter with me, they don't have a changing station in the bathroom so she let me use one of their office with a table to change her diaper. They saw me a little after my appointment time since they were booked but both nurses explain every process to me and made sure I was relaxed. I've had many other facials in the area and nothing ever lives up to her level of service. She's the perfect balance of effective and soothing. I can have some pretty bad breakouts and Jennifer is always able to manage them. She does perform extractions (which I feel are important if you get clogged pores) but I never feel like she's damaging the skin and I never have scarring. She always uses top notch products and the optional massage is incredible. (Just get it, it's freakin' amazing trust me!)
