I lived more than 2 1/2 hours away, interviewed him over the phone, checked his references, sent him pictures of the project concept, and then he went to meet with my parents. They were, to say the least, reluctant recipients of the remodel. Jerry had to navigate between often divergent demands of two daughters (my sister and I) and the inhabitants of the house who were pretty sure they didn't need anything new. He did a fabulous job! We could not be happier with how he navigated a challenging situation and produced a terrific end result.
