After taking a look at the areas with damage, he said he thought he could do some area repairs but was candid that it would not be a perfect match unless the entire floor was refinished. Todd offered to come back out and refinish a small area so we could see how the repair would look. He said that he did jobs in our area frequently and he would stop by when doing other work in our area over the next couple of weeks to do the trial repair. We called Todd at least 5 times over the next two months to see when he was coming back and each time got the same response, "Let me get back to my office tonight and check my schedule and I will call you back tonight." He never called back once. It has now been months since his visit and apparently he has no intention of making good on his commitment. Complete waste of our time.

Marvin is a true artist, he loves wood and works magic with a sander. He's reliable, a rare character trait in a tradesmen but he actually arrives when he is scheduled and finishes when scheduled.
