Stay away from these people. We have done business with them and will never again.. We purchased from them because they were local and trying to support local business. They are the rudest and most disrespectful business I have ever in my life dealt with. If you need anything after purchase it will take an arm and a leg to get it from them. Stay away from these people. They are a Jayco dealership and I had a problem with my Fifth wheeler slide still under warranty. I tried to get them to help me for six weeks and they would not even call JAYCO for tech support. Finally I took it to Miles RV in Hendersonville NC (2 hour trip and I lived 3 miles from Masters). Miles got me right in with no problem. The employee in the Masters Store also wore a sidearm. This was a big turnoff and I will never go here again and I make this known to my RV friends and most agree with me. They get the same kind of service. read more

We purchased a camper here and the owners were super nice and helpful. They waited past closing time for us to arrive and we never felt we has put them out. They were kind, knowledgeable and highly organized by providing us a personalized binder with all of our legal papers in. Their help walked us through the camper breakdown and helped hitch it to our SUV. The selection of campers was fantastic with super reasonable pricing.
