They called me 2 days in advance and let me know when they would be there. They showed up on time and did a great job. I could have had a handyman do the job for a bit less but these guys did not show up with buckets from home depot. They had a truck and professional equipment. I highly recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE. DON'T FALL FOR HIS FAKE CHRISTIAN SPILL. POOR QUALITY. Tony K. did a couple of…read morehandyman jobs like replacing toilet ring, tightening front door closing, and hot water tank replacement. Every task had to be re-fixed by a professional. Please don't pay him before the job is done. We allowed him to talk us into allowing him to replace our vinyl siding at a home remodel that we're planning on moving into. He assured us that it would be him and a guy or two. Tony said he would be there everyday. He never would show up to the hpuse except to pay the two hispanic guys. The guys ended up using white caulk and taking the clear caulk, that we purchased for the project. It was brought Tony's attention and he lied and said in a couple of hours the white caulk will turn clear. It was taken from the job site. We actually purchased the multiple tubes of clear caulk, ourselves, along with all of the needed supplies. It looks awful. We'll end up having to rip up the caulk and replace it all with clear caulk. Tony begged and begged us to pay him half and total cost everyday even though we bought all the materials amd the job was not complete. We finally paid Tony after his pity speech. The siding job is still not finished. He still refuses to finish the siding, in writing. We're still debating what next steps we'll take. Please do not trust Tony Kaelin, Anthony Kaelin, Kaelin Property Solutions (card he gave us).

I can't say enough good things about this company. Two words describe this company, "Honest" and…read more"professional." They were timely with great communication from the bidding process to the completion of my project. Scout Lawn Care brings a high level of professionalism that is not normally seen with other lawn care companies in the area. I had a project that was a lot more daunting than anticipated. We took down an extremely large tree last year, and I contracted Scout Lawn Care to come in and haul off excess dirt and mulch from the stump grinding and then ultimately grade the area. What wasn't apparent was the large amounts of concrete and brick that were buried underground (not sure how that happened, but it's a 100-year-old house), making this a much larger excavation job than anybody first thought. They did not upcharge me from the initial bid and still completed the job on time. This is the type of honesty that a consumer is looking for, and all other companies in the area should take note because Jeff and his crew are setting the bar for customer service and satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone in and around the Louisville area, and I will be requesting bids on other projects around my home in the future.

Let me start by saying that the team is absolutely equipped to handle anything!! Recently my Dad has been going through some hard times and struggles with hoarding, his house became so cluttered I was worried we'd never see the floors again. But after less than a week of tireless effort, Fresh Flow has transformed my Dad's clutter into a clean, organized, and comfortable place to live!! This next bit is for those who have experience with a hoarder - you know the anxiety they have about their possessions. For those of you in this situation, I think it's worth mentioning how honest and trustworthy Fresh Flow's team is. They understand the apprehension your loved one is going through while making this change and they do not donate or trash ANYTHING you haven't laid eyes on and approved first. They also do their best to accommodate, my Dad has a lot of junky tools that are special to him, instead of pressuring him to throw away and buy new tools, they came up with a storage option to house his tools and even helped him to organize them. More than just the gratitude of allowing my Dad a respectable place to live, we were met with no judgement, kindness and understanding. It's helped my Dad to see the good in the world and make a change in his life too. Fresh Flow Property Care has worked their absolute hardest to accommodate us and work with our situation - they are a team with a genuine heart and we don't know where we'd be without their effort and compassion. Look no further because all you need is already right at your fingertips!!
