It was dark, late and rainy and I was tired and irritated. Flash Towing came in about 30 minutes or less. The guy Buzzy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got home. He even went out of his way to try alternatives so I wouldn't have to pay for towing. You can tell he's just a kind hearted person naturally which really goes along way when you're having a horrible day. I would definitely recommend Flash Towing and this we'll be the only tow service my family or myself will ever use if I ever need one again. Pricing is compatible to the area for either the small mundane jobs like oil change or the major intrusive work needed also. Though he was able to change the fluids on my cruiser it's first come first serve for the larger more time consuming jobs. In this line of work I prefer that knowing when my bike is there it'll be worked on so that he can move on to the next customer and I get to enjoy more time riding rather then the bike sitting in the shop!

The driver, Gabriel, was prompt & courteous. He was not able to fix the problem with his battery booster but he kindly gave my husband a ride to a local business in Mentone to get jumper cables. From that we were able to get a jump from another vehicles as Gabriel's battery was in a location we couldn't reach). I would recommend this business.

We had looked up a few places for repair/replacement, but didn't really know who to use. He recommended one we were considering and they were great as well. (It was Saturday afternoon and most places closed at noon) Evan was the nicest and most polite gentleman.
