Absolutely loved the job Greg did to clean and restore my priceless, hundred year old family…read moreheirloom painting and it's unique frame. I admit I was scared to leave the painting with a stranger, but it had been degraded by exposure to smoke from a house fire and years of smoking in the home followed by neglect in a storage facility so a cleaning and restoration was a necessity. On top of the stellar job he did in repairing cracks and missing pieces of paint while refinishing the wooden frame, Greg made it look like what I think it looked like the day my parents received it as a wedding present from Earl Halliburton in 1949. Even better, he completed the work in time for us to enjoy it again in its rightful place in our home for Christmas. So glad I had it done locally instead of sending it to an entity in Denver. Thank You Greg!!!

I wasn't necessarily in a *hurry* to have my print framed, but there are limits to what is reasonable. Denton's likewise was in no hurry to frame it. After a couple months went by, I stopped by the shop to check on it, but they had closed early. I called to check on it but no one answered and I could not leave a voicemail. I called again and did leave a voicemail, but no one called me back. Finally, after * 5 MONTHS * my print was ready, at twice the cost of Hobby Lobby. This is not acceptable to me and I won't take anything there again.

I…read morehad read reviews on yelp and thought to give this place a try as they are quite local and I try to take reviews with a grain of salt. The of customer service here is what really made the difference. When we first brought our painting here and dropped it off we were told it would be apprx 3weeks- that was fine with us. When 3 weeks came and went- we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We stopped by the store at after more than a month to see what the delay was about. It was pretty clear they had forgotten about our painting. Or perhaps just seemed very nonchalant about it as it was way past due. They promised to call us when it would be done and said it would in fact be done in the next few hours. 3 days went by.. still no call or painting. Finally my husband went again to the store and they had it ready but just hasn't had the courtesy to call. There was just no sense of sincerity or care for us as a customer. Regardless, I may not have had any comments about the service if the quality of work had been good. But the icing on top was the painting we had framed came out crooked. Like they didn't even take the time to notice how they lay it in the frame. I would not have noticed how poorly they did if I hadn't recently discovered another local frame shop who actually spent time with us on a recent framing project and saw their work compared to our painting we had framed here. Overall, this place has a beautiful display of art at the shop front, but won't be doing my framing work here. Overall , we left disappointed by the quality and service of work preformed here.

He purchased the same mattress I did! While there, I ended up buying a new dresser and two pillows. I spoke to the owner, Phil, for nearly an hour. About a month ago, I went in to see about ideas and options for re-decorating my formal living…read moreroom. I was immediately greeted by a lovely associate named Brooke. She was amazing! She had so much experience and so many great ideas! It is rare to find an employee in any business that impresses you that much. The strange thing was that the whole time we were talking, the owner kept staring at us. It was off-putting. Several times she even came over and interrupted to check on us while we were being shown around. She was a little rude and nosy. It was irritating! It was so bad that I apologized to Brooke and said I would think about her ideas and return later to make purchases. When I came back a couple of weeks later, she apparently didn't work there any more. Terrible, but I can understand why. It was a weird place. I really wanted to work with her, but since she was gone, the manager became kind of pushy when dealing with me and a bit shady, so I went to a different store. I ended up getting almost the same items I wanted elsewhere for such a better price that I was able to redecorate my living room and the foyer. Try somewhere else.
