Jennifer was also exceptionally helpful with special disability needs I have and in my book, she is a Super Star. I regret the highest rating possible is five stars. Jennifer is a solid 10. I went to Famous Hair Inc before them and they ruined my hair. I need intense repair afterward. I went to Hair Inc. and not only did they help repair my hair, they did it right. Went to someone at a different Famous Hair Inc once again.....she used heat while bleaching my hair which if you dont know is a terrible thing for your hair and scalp. It hurt every minute of it and she ignored my complaints. I love Hair Inc and would suggest it to everyone. I, for one, dont like spending $25 dollars for a hair cut. I guess i didn't see @ salon because it was straightened, and i had to lift up a clump, and that's when i noticed my original color even, still there. I was hesitant on getting my prom hair done here because of what happened when I got my homecoming hair done. It was the day of my prom and I decided to go with a side bun braid sorta hairstyle and I told Sara what I wanted. I. LOVED. IT! She did better than I ever would have expected! Thank you so much Sara! Also, I had a makeup appointment the same day there. Alex did my makeup and let me tell you she did an amazing job. I had showed her a picture of my dress and she corresponded the colors and everything! It was absolutely perfect. Could've went a little bit less on the eyebrows but I still loved it and I looked amazing at prom! Thanks Alex! All in all such a great place. Very nice people and such great skill!
