I had Bob Harvey come back out to repair that as well. I probably could have had it warrantied through the company that originally did the work, but JP and John with Bob Harvey were so much better to work with, I just had them do it. I had a complete re-roof done recently with this business, I have a skylight on my roof and they…read morebuilt a new enclosure and added flashing for the skylight as they should but the skylight enclosure was not built correctly and air was passing through and also a loud whistling sound could be heard when the winds are high. I called the owner and he said he would come out and correct it, he came out and spent 10 minutes on the roof and put tape around the enclosure that he had built but the wind and weather blew the "fix" tape off so I called and he said he would come out and repair it ( because he and I both know that the tape was not going to hold ) but he never came back or bothered to contact me back to fix it so I had to pay some other contractor to come out and repair this brand new job that was "completed" by Casey Roofing, while the other contractor was up there he told me that there was one area that the previous roofers ( Casey Roofing ) pulled out some siding to attempt to fit the new shingles under because the shingles I paid extra for and were thicker than the previous ones they had an issue with that area and did get the shingles under how they should be but they damaged siding and never fixed that either and never told me about it when it happened because they knew it would cost them time and money to fix it correctly so they never said anything. I paid extra for upgraded shingles and paid for a complete tear off and replace at significant cost. If you are considering a roof replacement I highly recommend to not hire this contractor, he has no desire to do what is right he is only in it for the money.

One of those was American Prrestige Roofing. I talked to Steve the owner a couple of times, prior to accept his bid. He along with his crew showed up early, and did quick job on the tear off. I was in contact with his lead/forman all the way to the end, which was 2 days. They cleaned up all the debri without any issue's. When you pull out thousands of nails you will miss a few, and his crew walked the area to pick up every one they could find. Overall they did a great job, and after discussing this with a couple of other roofing companies that was quoting a stupid price, I am so happy I selected this Company. If I have any issues I contacted Steve directly and they will take care of any issue. The quality and timely completion of work was fabulous .
