Customer Service: The lady at the front who answers the phone and lets you in is a delight to talk with, the watch repairmen (sorry if that term is incorrect) are very knowledgeable and courteous enough to stop their work and come answer questions that the aforementioned lady can't (she does know quite a bit though) and even make sure that you are happy with their work before you leave. Quality of Work: I dropped off my Tag Heuer to see if anything could be done about the deteriorating luminous material in the hands and hour markers. While I don't believe the shop is certified to do Tag repairs (I saw rolex and omega certificates inside) they got back to me a day later with estimates. While I didn't like the price of having the watch sent off to Tag for replacement parts and repair I opted to have them re-lume the hands of the watch for a cheaper price. When I picked up my watch I saw that they not only made the hands look new, but they also touched up the hour markers and polished the case, crown, and band making it look brand new. I will definitely be returning here with watches in the future and recommend them highly to my friends.

(Yes - I might have a watch addiction, but that is a conversation for another day.) It's a small store, but they had 3 men working behind the counter on watch repairs. A man came up to find out what I needed, took my watches back, and had the batteries replaced and back to me within 5 minutes. I have never, ever, had them changed so quickly. They had to keep the damaged watch to see if they could find a winder that fits it - hopefully it will be ready this weekend. I thought their prices were very reasonable (3 watch battery replacements cost what one did at a local jeweler), and this has become my new, go-to watch place. Since then we have been lucky enough to have them as our neighborhood jewelers and the only place we would trust with special pieces and special moments in our lives. The original was nearly $60,000, which I was obviously not going to spend, but I asked Derrick if he could create something inspired by it- using my own sentimental jewelry. What he created exceeded anything I could have imagined. I didn't even think to give him exact measurements for the pendant, and afterward I was so nervous that I had forgotten--but somehow, he got the proportions perfectly! The finished piece is spectacular. More importantly, it incorporates my mother's diamonds and jewelry that already held so much meaning for me, which makes it priceless in an entirely different way.
