Soft wash was scheduled for a Wednesday and I got a call Monday morning wanting to change appointment to that Monday afternoon. No problems with the change but turned into a no call/no show that day. I called back a week later when I hadn't heard from them and the wash was rescheduled. I arrived home the day of the "soft wash" to find them using high pressure streams to wash the roof. The rejuvenation was scheduled for a week later. I received three or four text messages reminding me they would be out and again that day was a no call/no show from them. Rejuvenation was cancelled and I can hopefully find someone else to complete the job. Based on my experience, I couldn't in good faith recommend this company to anyone.
