Soft wash was scheduled for a Wednesday and I got a call Monday morning wanting to change appointment to that Monday afternoon. No problems with the change but turned into a no call/no show that day. I called back a week later when I hadn't heard from them and the wash was rescheduled. I arrived home the day of the "soft wash" to find them using high pressure streams to wash the roof. The rejuvenation was scheduled for a week later. I received three or four text messages reminding me they would be out and again that day was a no call/no show from them. Rejuvenation was cancelled and I can hopefully find someone else to complete the job. Based on my experience, I couldn't in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

Crew of four worked very well together. I was amazed at how they measured, cut and bent the metal for for the various trim and cover pieces. The prices seemed reasonable compared to other estimates we received, and they did a good job. The technicians were polite and respectful. We noticed after the first snow that one spot in particular seemed to have heat loss, and they came out the next day to correct the situation. They stand by their work. Moreno's Roofings' quote was significantly lower than the other quote I got. Moreno's installs a complete roof system , ice & water shield, felt paper underlayment & starter strip shingles around perimeter off the roof. They use Certainteed-Landmark shingles with a 50 year warranty. The crew arrived on March 24, 2025 and removed the old shingles from the roof and installed the ice & water shield and felt paper and staged the shingles on top of the roof. They brought along a dumpster and discarded old shingles and other materials into it as they worked. The next day they nailed the new shingles into place and finished up the job. They cleaned all debris from my yard and also rolled the yard with a magnet to pick up all the nails. My experience with Moreno's roofing was very positive, the crew doing the work were friendly, professional & very thorough. I am extremely pleased with the results, the roof looks great.
