He recommended some extra work that was necessary, but his quote for the work was very reasonable. He carefully explained each step, and the value of doing it. Cecilio kept me informed as work progressed, and made sure we were satisfied. I am very very pleased with the work. The house not only looks much much better, but I know that it is better protected from water damage now. Reliable, flexible, great work- I am planning to hire him again, and would recommend him to anyone needing roofing or gutter work done.

He came out and walked me through what he could do to make the repairs and also added downspouts where they were needed. He spent time with me, beat his time estimate as to when he could do the work, and took all trash and debris with him when finished. I especially appreciated the follow up call a few weeks later to make sure I was happy with the work. I highly recommend!

This is the company that repaired Steel Master Roofing's leaks (nightmare company). They were so…read morethorough and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Something that was totally shocking is that they did not have all the small print on the back of the invoice that Steel Master had. We got the feeling during the whole process that this company is truly honest. It took a few days to repair, but that was appropriate since we wanted a job well done. They added so many things that were supposed to be done in the first place. They took the time to explain all the details to us. This is the way customers deserve to be treated. Oh, it rained and the rain did not come into our home like it had with the other company. They stand behind their warranty. After the job was completed, I called to ask for a snow guard to be replaced because I could see a ding in it. They came the next day and replaced it. This is what matters most - they back up their warranty. Thank you Master Steel Roofing!

Soft wash was scheduled for a Wednesday and I got a call Monday morning wanting to change appointment to that Monday afternoon. No problems with the change but turned into a no call/no show that day. I called back a week later when I hadn't heard from them and the wash was rescheduled. I arrived home the day of the "soft wash" to find them using high pressure streams to wash the roof. The rejuvenation was scheduled for a week later. I received three or four text messages reminding me they would be out and again that day was a no call/no show from them. Rejuvenation was cancelled and I can hopefully find someone else to complete the job. Based on my experience, I couldn't in good faith recommend this company to anyone.
