I think my kids did a better job making pizza than I did, but we all had fun.
He shutdown his pizzeria at 1600 to give us an intimate class on making pizza for four of us. How to make the dough, nead the dough, shape the dough, prepare the ingredients and technique with the pizza paddle to pick up and place in oven. The class and dinner (eating out pizzas) lasted about 2 hours and was full of fun.
Highly recommend the food. Highly recommend the class booked at (https://www.italianfoodlab.org/) with a days notice. Others required over 2 weeks notice for their class.
Francesco makes the experience lively and fun - which makes the time fly and kids had fun.
If in the area - HIGHLY recommend
