After I emailed (over 30 emails) again, I received an email from "management " to call my bank and dispute the charge because they are experiencing "technical difficulties ". But I came across Motos Industry who appeared to be a small busniess. I favor doing business with small businesses so I placed my order with them online. The order confirmation directed me to track my order through the Shop application. The confirmation also said delivery would take place in five to eight business days. Three weeks later, my order status remained in "placed" status. I emailed them for an update. Emailed four times asking for an update. I simply wanted to know what was going on. I was in no real rush to receive the product. They never responded to my emails. I, once again, visited their website and discovered I could reach them via WhatsApp. Sent a chat message. Was pleased that someone actually answered. It was in the morning when they said they would check and get back to me. By 6PM they had yet to respond. I had no choice but to report my credit card purchase of this scooter as a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company. As of this morning, my credit card company has credited my account the amount of the purchase, so that pleases me. I have no idea, nor, at this point care, why they ignored my requests for an update on my order. They made an active choice to ignore those requests. Now, they have a record as a fraudulent company with American Express. It didn't have to be this way, but that's what they chose. Avoid doing ANY online business with them. Beware.

When the check engine light on my last…read morevehicle came on, I came to Auto Zone and they lent me a diagnostic system free of charge that would allow me to read the message, find out why the light kept coming on, and clear it. When the resistor failed for the A/C fan on my current vehicle (so the fan for the heater and A/C was either at full or off, but none of the speeds in between would work), I took the part in and while they couldn't supply a replacement (that particular part can only be supplied by a dealer), the guy behind the counter was able to Identify it on sight. In other words, the guy working that day wasn't just a high school kid working behind the counter who knew less than the patrons, he actually knew his stuff and had experience as a mechanic. On my most recent visit, I only needed a new lamp for my brake light. I walked in, the lamps were in the first display rack, they had a catalog there where you could look up your vehicle model and it would tell you which lamps to purchase, depending on which one was out. There was no line to check out, and I was able to swap out the failed lamp in the parking lot before I left. I'm not sure if this Autozone has the same policy, but where I grew up, the Autozone stores also gave discounts of something like 10% to all firefighters, paramedics, police officers and other public safety personnel, all you had to do was show them your ID. I always thought that was a very kind gesture on their part.

The service here is terrible, and the staff seems completely incompetent. Speaking to them is a waste of time; they stutter over the phone with no real explanation as to why this is taking so long. Clearly, they lack proper training. Do better, AutoZone, or close your doors.
