I am not mechanically inclined but I have developed a knack for knowing when something wasn't right with my vehicle and always felt that the mechanics I dealt with took advantage of my female status and talked me into service not necessary. Then I met Matt and his team at Baden Automotive. I cannot say enough about Matt, who as owner and team leader is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met and/or dealt with. They are in my book at the top of the ladder in service, skill and their knowledge of cars. They go above and beyond and in three years I have never felt ripped off, and often feel like I haven't paid enough. Review writing is not something I do, but I felt it was important to share Matt and his team with the rest of the Waterloo Region.

Matt did an excellent job. He gave me very detailed and knowledgable solutions. High RECOMMEND!!read more
