My first experience with Dana…read more Dear Dana! I wanted to thank you for taking the time to do a foot zone for me and help me release some of the emotions I've been carrying. As I walked out the door and sat in my car, I immediately felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. The emotional heaviness I had been carrying seemed to melt away. That night I slept well and woke up feeling calm and at peace. The chaos that had been swirling around in my mind has quieted, and even my heart feels lighter. I truly appreciate the care and compassion you showed me. This was my experience the second time I saw Dana. Good morning, Dana! I wanted to let you know that I started work this week, and I had such a different experience than I've had in the past. For 25 years, I've had "teacher dreams" where I'm unprepared or have the wrong class. I usually wake up feeling anxious or nervous about all the tasks and work ahead, which can leave me feeling overwhelmed. This week, though, I felt grounded, calm, and peaceful. I truly attribute that to the two sessions of foot zoning and Emotion Code, which helped me begin my work week in such a restful state of mind. Thank you again for your help! I've also been using the Emotion Code strategy when I notice negative thoughts starting to snowball. It helps me refocus my mind before I get into a frustrated or overwhelmed state and brings me back to a sense of calm. I'm really grateful for the difference it has made!

Over the past few years, I've seen her work transform to another level, especially through her use of Emotion Code. She doesn't just work with the physical body--she has an incredible ability to recognize and address deeper emotional layers as well. In one of our sessions, she helped me uncover a deeply buried trauma I had carried for years. I was able to bring it to the surface, process it, and begin creating a new emotional connection around that memory. It was a powerful experience I'll never forget. Dana's work goes far beyond Foot Zoning. Her ability to integrate the physical and emotional aspects of healing is truly a gift, and I'm deeply grateful for the way she has supported my health and well-being over the years

Dr. Yao has truly changed my life…read more When I was first diagnosed with Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), an IVF clinic doctor told me that having a child naturally would be nearly impossible--and that IVF was my only option. I felt devastated and overwhelmed. I wasn't emotionally ready for IVF and couldn't stop thinking about the physical and emotional toll it might take on me. Around that time, I found Dr. Yao while searching for fertility support on Yelp. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Yao took a holistic and deeply personalized approach. She ordered comprehensive lab tests--not just focused on fertility, but on my entire body's well-being. She helped me understand that fertility is not isolated; it's part of a complex, interconnected system. Through her care, I discovered that in addition to POI, I also had insulin resistance and hormonal imbalances. Dr. Yao addressed each of these issues with a customized treatment plan, one step at a time. After every visit, she would give me clear, practical, and actionable steps to improve both my fertility and my overall health. Over the course of six months, we closely monitored my hormones and lab markers while I worked on building a healthier lifestyle. And then--I got pregnant naturally. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Yao has continued to support me with regular check-ins, lab monitoring, supplements, and medications as needed. Her advice is always backed by the latest research, and her knowledge is incredibly up-to-date. I've felt confident and reassured every step of the way, knowing I'm receiving the best possible care for my unique situation. In fact, I've felt more energetic and healthier during this pregnancy than I did during my first one. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Yao and credit her for so much of this journey. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for real, root-cause solutions to infertility or any women's health issues--not just band-aid treatments. She is compassionate, insightful, and genuinely invested in your long-term well-being. Thank you, Dr. Yao!
