But, after numerous delays and challenges solely on the part of the contractor, communication pretty much fell off, updates became infrequent and the work was never completed from Nov2025-the beginning of April 2026. Quality of painting was poor, lots of overpainted areas and many large missed areas. There was also a mess that still needed to be cleaned up which was completely unfair to the elderly resident. Buyer beware, don't pay until complete. Cannot recommend.
