After the treatment that I have received from this place, I can't remain silent. I would not recommend this unprofessional place to anybody. Starting from reception, Asma, to the dentist themselves, all of have treated me extremely disrespectfully. As a mother of two toddlers and a baby, it is very hard to find time for yourself. Every time I made an appointment with them, I made sure it was when my kids were at school or with a babysitter, and every time they would have me come early and make me sit there waiting for at least 2 hours, every single time even though there was no one there. If the waiting was my only complaint, then I would not be writing this. I wish it was though. I had my veneers done with them since they offered a cheaper price, and I regret doing it here more than anything. At first, I was okay with them. Then, one of the front veneers fell and I had to go back to them in order to glue it back on. I had to pay $68 to glue it back on which was reasonable, but when I left the place and actually looked at them, I realized how uneven they were. I called back and had to make another appointment and wait another two hours upon arrival once again. When one of the dentist finally saw me, he told me that he will not be able to take it out. he told me that they had placed too much cement on my veneers, and the only way to take it out was to break it and get another. I was like fine, I just want to fix the mistake that they have done. He explained to me that I would have to pay out of pocket another $600. He wanted me to pay for their mistakes, I could not understand how it became my fault. I just started crying, and rather than trying to understand my point of view, they belittled me. I cannot believe the way I was being treated. In the end, while trying to save a couple of dollars, I got a botched job that I'm unhappy with and I will forever remember the horrible experience that I encountered and had to deal with. If you want a place where they value their customers, this is not it. If you want a place where the dentist actually know what they are doing, this is not it. I went in for a root canal and an extraction. As soon as I went in, Asmaa took such great care of me. They had the latest technologies with an X-ray machine that has less radiation than what is normally used and a 3D X-ray machine! Both Dr. Ayoub and Dr. Rabah did an amazing job. I didn't feel any pain while they were working on me. They were very kind and professional. They were always asking me if I was okay and making sure I wasn't in any discomfort. The crown they put in is beautiful, you can't even tell it's there, it looks like my real tooth. They have very personalized care, Asmaa personally checked up on me after my appointment to make sure I was doing well. I was treated by Oral Surgeon Mohammad Rabah for wisdom teeth extraction and If I could give him 12 stars outta 5 I would. Everything about the experience was great, from the highly advanced instruments that they use down to the toothbrush that they give you before you leave. I have never experienced such a skilled surgeon who had a light touch and was telling me exactly what he was doing during the procedure step by step. Before we began he even took the time to explain to me exactly what tools hes going to use, what he is going to do with them and went over my exrays with me tooth by tooth. I'm not the one to be writing reviews or on yelp but I had to make one today. I'm so glad I walked into this office! It's like god answered my prayers with dealing with my root canal for almost 3 weeks because no dentist knew exactly what to do. When I walked in Master dental center they right away were amazing. Receptionist ASMAA was VERY polite and helpful. She attended to me right away. Place is extremely professional and clean. Staff is beyond amazing. Dr. Mohammad Rabah right away knew my problem and understood me. He is very knowledgeable, I felt no pain while getting my root canal extracted and even after I feel no pain at all. Checked in to perform a cleaning and preventative care with Dr. Ali Ayoub. They're practicing the CDC guidelines to ensure that there's little room for COVID19 to spread in their office, you can feel safe here. Dr. Ayoub was thorough in explaining my X-rays to me and the status of my crowns and prior work done from other dentists a few years ago. I will continue to have my cleanings and emergency work done at this shop for years to come. They also can send you your onboarding forms via email so you do not have to waste time onsite filling them out. Also, the place looks like an Apple store, except it's a dental center. First off let me start by saying I travel from Queens, NY to this dental office. I used to have a lot of issues with my teeth until I came here. This is a wonderful dental office with a very professional and very friendly staff and up to date technology. The wait time was amazing! I think I waited 4 minutes before they called me back. They took me at a very short notice when I needed emergency dental work, they were very accommodating. All doctors are fantastic! What I love most is that they have an oral surgeon and an on-site dental lab where they made my crowns on site(made in the USA) so they can help you with any issues without having to go to another office. read more

Great place, extra clean space and professional care.
