I stated I wanted to be informed about how many boards but would pay the additional charges to have all of those bad boards replaced to cosmetically fix my roof. They gave us a timeframe for the roofing installation but only the supplies that they placed in front of our house without notice for days made the timeframe. A week later they came and applied the new shingles but didn't repair the buckling, warped plywood on part of the roof at the front entrance to our home. I went to the office the next day to voice my complaints and still having a warped roof. The girl in customer service is horrible! I was told it must be structural damage to my roof without them ever checking the attic or rechecking my roof. I had a general contractor to check out my roof and was told there is no structural damage. I went back to their office and was given an invoice $2000.00 more than their estimate. What happened to customer service and the customer always being right? I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to have their roof done. How can a company not fix your roof correctly and then try to charge you $2000.00 over invoice? My advice is to stay away!!

Replace portion of sub floor, install snap together vinyl flooring, install crown molding, baseboards, medicine cabinet and paint. The old sub floor was partially removed and reframed. They then put vinyl floor down. The next day he was not happy with floor repairs because it was not level. They tore out vinyl floor and re installed (see pics) using another full pack of vinyl flooring that was suppose to be installed in hallway at later date. The floor was still not level and had obvious hump and dips where they had replaced and repaired the sub floor. Also, the vinyl flooring that was installed the 2nd time was buckled and damaged on the edges. Small pieces of vinyl flooring were installed in odd places (see pics). Joshua said the house was old and this is why the humps and dips are in floor. He said the only alternative was to install tile flooring so he could level the floor with concrete. Crown molding was not flush in corners and filled in with plaster. $250 wasted on vinyl flooring. I asked him to cover cost of vinyl flooring that was damaged and unusable now. I GOT NO MONEY BACK, HAVE NO USABLE VINYL FLOORING LEFT AND NOW HAD TO TAKE A DAY OFF OF WORK JUST TO TELL HIM TO COLLECT HIS TOOLS AND END THE PROJECT.
