Replace portion of sub floor, install snap together vinyl flooring, install crown molding, baseboards, medicine cabinet and paint. The old sub floor was partially removed and reframed. They then put vinyl floor down. The next day he was not happy with floor repairs because it was not level. They tore out vinyl floor and re installed (see pics) using another full pack of vinyl flooring that was suppose to be installed in hallway at later date. The floor was still not level and had obvious hump and dips where they had replaced and repaired the sub floor. Also, the vinyl flooring that was installed the 2nd time was buckled and damaged on the edges. Small pieces of vinyl flooring were installed in odd places (see pics). Joshua said the house was old and this is why the humps and dips are in floor. He said the only alternative was to install tile flooring so he could level the floor with concrete. Crown molding was not flush in corners and filled in with plaster. $250 wasted on vinyl flooring. I asked him to cover cost of vinyl flooring that was damaged and unusable now. I GOT NO MONEY BACK, HAVE NO USABLE VINYL FLOORING LEFT AND NOW HAD TO TAKE A DAY OFF OF WORK JUST TO TELL HIM TO COLLECT HIS TOOLS AND END THE PROJECT. I tried to speak with after he loaded his tools, but he ignored me and drove away. HERE IS SOME AUDIO TOO. Unfortunately there is some rustling because my phone was in my pocket. Interesting because he said i was doing him wrong.
