I was contacted by affordable waste solutions on Friday and agreed to a price and a schedule to be…read morethere Monday morning at 9 AM . I got a call this morning at 9 AM that they no longer were able to deliver the dumpster we agreed upon because over the weekend their truck that transports them had mechanical issues. The representative on the phone understood my frustration because I had taken PTO to do this project today. He then offered to bring me two 15 yard dumpsters which equals 30 yards instead of the 20 yard I ordered to make up for it. It was a fair offer in theory had they have been able to execute on their promise. At 1 o'clock, I still didn't have any dumpsters in my driveway had lost the entire day I had taken for PTO. I then called back to explain my frustration that now to do the project I have to take a second day of PTO since I wasted this one. I was told the gentleman was on the way to the dump to dump out one dumpster so they would have both of the 15s to bring me. It became a parent at that point that they're never likely was a dumpster available today. They just didn't have one and didn't wanna lose the job so made a promise to me that they could execute when they knew they couldn't. I received absolutely zero empathy for the second PTO day request, and then the gentleman on the phone started to become argumentative. I highly recommend you hire anyone but this company because they are unreliable and do not do what they say they can do. If you're relying on the affordable waste solutions to do their part to meet a project schedule or deadline whether you're in Construction or a home repair project it won't be with this company as they just feed you mistruths while they juggle their equipment to not lose out on a job. Honesty goes a long way and they lack it.

Got a reply on Friday telling me that they would be here on Friday. Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. And do you we put you on a route blah blah blah? But at no point in time was any of that explained to me, I wasn't told I was being put on a route, I was told that they would be out Thursday and Friday, I gave them one day's grace because of the rain, they told me that they would be there Friday, but they didn't know what time then they didn't show up. They were very rude.
