Hello! I made a return and was supposed to get a electronic voucher card for my return but i have spent 5 days calling everyday to Massimodutti online Customerservice and its not been resolved yet. Its very frustrating that people gave me false promises that it will be resolved the same day or the day after but its never happening! As i have no other way to get it fixed other that calling customer service and people answering the phone not knowing what the problem is Im taking this out on social media and file a legal case against it. I have spent 20-30 mins everyday for 5 days to get My money or voucher card and everyday they promise to get it fixed with 24 hrs but nothing has been done yet. This was the worse customer service i ever experienced!!!!
