We walked in and there is a sign in Italian and English. The English says, "Make your gkass and enjoy". Pretty clear to me and my wife. She pours a glass from one of the open bottles at the tasting station. Immediately the employee yells at her telling her she's wrong and needs to ask for help. When we apologize and ask for help he's extremely rude and nasty. We paid for the glass and left. He asked as we left, "how did you enjoy the wine?". I told him that he made her feel bad and we were leaving because of it. I also said that he needs to get better translation for the signs. "Ask for help" would be a better sign.
