However, just note that staying in a Trulli is unique and all the Trulli are unique to each other. Ours was must unusual in that the main bathroom had the toilet in the shower. I believe this is because they had to add a bidet and so they did that by moving the toilet over into the only space available, and that was in the adjoining shower. Ha, and the second bathroom had the most usunual combination of all in one sink, bidet and fold up toilet! It all worked, and was memorable!! No one else in our group had this in their Turlli, so we were lucky!?! So, the Trulli and amazing and beautiful, but just keep in mind that these are old structures and you are there for the experience!!

We were greeted by Owner and toured us around the farm. After that pasta class was performed by Giovanna and allowed us to make one. Fresh mozarella cheese was made The place was so huge and the dining area was so airy. The windows gave natural light to the house. We seated in a big room forty two of us guest. They gave us 4 courses of their dishes with plentiful of red and white wine. Bellisimo The appetizer included fresh mozarella cheese, salami, cheese slices, frittata and more. Second course freshly made pasta with carbonara or tomato sauce so delicious. The simplicity gave it's authenticity of Italian food Third one beef loaf with spinach inside with fresh sautéed potatoes. 4th course was warm apple cake and fresh slice of orange with espresso. We were so full that the walk to go back to the bus played so well for digestion. This was a great Italian experience.
