The information here is a little outdated, but you won't find a better gym in the greater Aberdeen area! While other gyms offer spin classes and yoga studios, Massenomics offers stone lifts and log presses. I found they not only carry Texas Power Bars as strong as a house, they featured made in America plates, from the StrengthCo, that inspired me to go-to them! Would lift here when in Western NorthEast South Dakota! read more

The general manager, Nick, was vacuuming and when I walked in,he stopped and greeted me right away. He was so kind and so helpful and gave me information about the gym and how to obtain a day pass. I may have some slight bias, but this is the best gym your money can buy a membership to. But really, the gym is designed very well for anyone that is serious about weight training. Loud music, no cardio equipment... just the way God intended it to be. read more
