Immediatly after walking into the building I felt calm and well taken care of. Her technique had the perfect amount of pressure yet was delicate and comfortable. I highly reccomend anyone looking for an hour of indulgence to visit Pocatello Massage Therapy!!!

Got cash across the street and was asked to tip up front. Huh? Was getting undressed when the masseuse walked in and help finish the clothing removal process. Was not covered on the table. People came in off the street to see if any availability and she stopped my massage to discuss services in the hall three times with the door open. Was a weird process that oddly favored my left side, which received three times the attention of my right side. Partially due to the frequent interruptions and restarting on the same side. The... ending was thwarted on my end and the masseuse was redirected to my feet. Sketchy.

The best massage was the massage chair in the front lobby. We received that service for "free" because she told us she had openings for two people at noon. That's a joke, she's the only person working. Ohhh, you expect soothing music, just kidding...it's opera. Another surprise...it's her singing and she will let you know. She will use some hot stones and if your skin turns pink she will take photos of you, on her phone, without asking to show you. If you expect a little privacy to strip down you are mistaken. Super awkward!

In the last 2 years I have been receiving treatment from Advance Therapy I have had less "flair-ups" than ever! I have actually been able to improve my quality of life thanks to Stuart Matthews' physical therapy recommendations and weekly massage therapy visits. I am so very grateful to of been recommended to Advance Therapy by a friend of mine. I am writing this review in hopes of someone who is truly in pain and needs assistance will come across my review and find positive results through treatment with Mr. Matthews. This is the most affordable option I have found for such a high quality of service! I definitely recommend at least one visit to see and feel the results for yourself. (Ps. It took me 2-3 visits to feel "normal" again, but it was so outstanding I have been a client for 2 years!!! I have also referred 6-8 people it has been so beneficial) To Ryun L. who left a 1 star review: I am so sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant experience. I was also taken aback on my first visit realizing Advance Therapy was run out of Mr. Matthews' home. I also noticed a couple toys laying around in the yard/kitchen area. However, I must say, you did yourself a disservice by "judging a book by its cover". The benefit I have received from the massages far outweigh any unsavory ascetics of his home. I am unsure what a professionally dressed massage therapist is supposed to look like, but I feel as though wearing hospital style scrubs is better than wearing jeans and a t-shirt! (which I have seen before from other therapists that work from their home) Nevertheless Ryun, I hope you found someone who is helping you with whatever issue brought you to Advanced Therapy. Best of luck! Respectfully, Daniel
