Lanae is an excellent Massage Therapist. She is intuitive, asks all of the right questions, and…read morehonors silence. She is a wonderful energy worker, as well. I've seen her on many occasions and I highly recommend her!

Horrible experience. I'd give zero, and even negative stars if I could!!! Do not wast your money or…read moreyour time!!! I scheduled an appointment for 1:30PM. When I arrived at 1:10PM I received a message from LaNae saying "I hope that you are not too close to here yet. I just got sick at work and have to go home." She then went on to say in her message "I don't know if it's a stomach bug or what, but it just hit me an hour ago." I then replied "An hour ago, and you wait until 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment to cancel?" What I find odd, and makes me totally not believe her story of getting sick all of the sudden, is that I logged onto facebook early that morning, around 10AM, to see exactly where I was going. I noticed that her facebook page said "Closed now - Opens tomorrow 9:00AM-5:00PM" I panicked a little thinking I had requested the wrong day & time off from work, so I logged into her online booking program to check my appointment time. I didn't request the wrong day & time, and sure enough, again, when I got there it was already closed. When I actually talked to LaNae on the telephone, she was anything but sympathetic to my time being wasted. When I explained that I had to take time off from work, and find someone to cover for me, she said, and I quote "That's not on me." She requires a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule, but she doesn't offer the same courtesy to her paying customers. Luckily I paid for the service through nwadealpiggy. com. I contacted them, told them the situation, and they were not surprised. They had actually spoken to another customer right before me who also wanted a refund due to her inability to confirm an appointment.
