When I brought that up all she said was I don't know how to read a clock. Not to mention she gives fake and generational wealth. I don't mean to get hostile myself, but she attacked me first. One more point. Using her dead sister to promote the place is tacky as hell. Don't know about the rest of the staff, but the owner left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had heard of B In Touch but had no idea where it was. Based on some reviews on the Needham FB…read morepage, I went here and am SO glad I did! The space is so peaceful and nice - better than I expected given the "business" strip mall it's in. I was able to schedule a massage last minute, which was great, and was scheduled with Jenna. She was super friendly and respectful. And the massage was AWESOME. She totally worked exactly the spots that needed it, but also gave some attention to the rest of my body. I felt AMAZING when I was done and am so sad it ended. I've had a lot of massages - some fantastic, some awful. This was definitely near the top. I found that the pressure was perfect - once or twice it got close to being too hard, but never was. She repeatedly asked if the pressure was ok and never went over the line into too hard or painful. It's a bit pricier than I'd like, but that seems to be standard for massage places now. And it's cheaper than other places in the area that I've gone. If you buy a 5-pack or 10-pack, you can save a bit of money, too.

I was experiencing frequent muscle spasms all down my legs from my hips to hamstrings to quads and IT bands to calves. I had been dealing with these spasms for about 6 months on and off. Because I was training for a National Pole Fitness Competition, my body didn't have the opportunity to fully rest and recover. In fact, I can remember one night in particular the spasms were so bad, I couldn't sleep and was in tears. I was recommended Down to Earth Muscular Therapy by a friend and decided to give them a call as I was desperate. David saw me right away and within less than 24 hours, my pain went away, my range of motion increased and for the first time in a long time I was able to finally get some restful sleep. Each time I went back, the spasms went away! He combines stretching with deep muscle release techniques and breathing. He also goes as deep as the muscle will allow before it actually hurts as the muscle will fight back at that point. He also is patient and actually listens to your concerns. He's understanding and kind. I highly recommend David for any kind of muscle tension you may be experiencing. He played an integral part in my leg recovery! Thank you David for all your help!

I found him by happenstance after a few months of randomly choosing masseuses at a spa and have been requesting him specifically since then. I'd been suffering with the occasional back and shoulder pain and couldn't quite get it to stay away. Jesus diagnosed the issue and was able to make great progress in the first session and I've been back periodically in a successful effort to keep the problem away. Jesus is very knowledgeable about anatomy and helps explain where the problem areas are and what he is going to do about remedying. He checks in to make sure the level of pressure is OK and that he's addressing the pain areas. He has a great table-side manner and puts you at ease and helps you relax. Really appreciate all Jesus has done to remove pain from my day-to-day life and hope you can find the same with him.

But I was especially horrified at the last visit! First, the two male therapists who were assigned to my friend and I REEKED of cigs. When they started a massage with what should've been a nice head massage, I realized their fingers were the source of the cigarette stench! When they start on your arms and your shoulder area, they open hand rub the front of your shoulders, which makes them kind of get your chest! They should not be massaging there! Someone wrote a previous review that mentioned boundaries were crossed and I have to imagine this was what she was talking about. The foot massage was fine. All hell kind of breaks loose once you flip over for the 30 minute back massage. My friend and I were both dying! I have had so many massages in my life- I even have a monthly membership at one of the popular massage chains. Every vacation I go on I get a massage. This was like getting a random biker off the side of the road to give a massage. It was so aggressive and painful and I'm pretty sure they were applying pressure to places where you are not supposed to. Walpole board of health- please check licenses and certifications! They probably need to implement a handwashing practice, as well. I definitely had cigarette fingers all over me. Oh, and by the way. We tried to communicate with the men that we were in pain and they didn't listen, care, adjust, or seek understanding. There definitely was a language barrier. When we left, our two men went straight outside to smoke more cigs.
