Had an absolutely lovely experience here. Had to call to schedule my appointment due to wanting to use some transferred credits. There was a bit of confusion over it that the staff handled quickly and happily. Everyone was super friendly and scheduling was easy and straight forward. I scheduled my massage with Romeo and he did phenomenal! He was very polite, the perfect level of friendly chatter and relaxing silence and extremely attentive to where I was having issues. Instead of running through a routine motions for the massage, he pin pointed my knots in my shoulders and spent time getting them out. So I have previously have had horrible experiences at Massage Envy; however I wanted to try this location with an open mind and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in I was greeted very warmly and helped in a very timely manner. The facilities where really nice as well and perfectly clean. Now my massage was fantastic. My massage therapist really paid attention to my questions and also my suggestions throughout the massage. She explained why she was focusing on certain areas and why she was doing a lighter instead of heavier pressure or vice versus. I am very happy she truly knew what she was doing and I left feeling completely lighter and feeling better. She also went through with me on what more I needed to work on and what type of stretches I needed to work out certain kinks on my body. After I left the massage this is the first time I immediately called my family and friends who are also massage therapists raving about this her. I will definitely be using her again and honestly she is only reason I will be signing up for the membership. read more

I visit the Tiny Town location bc of its proximity to my home and work. My booked appts, 3 in total, were moved to this location without my knowledge. I received an email stating "Thanks for booking your appt." I thought it was a mistake. That's when I had a very strange conversation with the desk telling me that Tiny Town would not have any appts moving forward. I thought it was closing, and they actually told my husband, who also has a membership, that it was in fact closing. Turns out this was a blatant lie, the manager just changed locations. This is a very sneaky, dishonest way to try to increase business for your location. Would never recommend a location with such dishonest leadership. I went yesterday to get a massage. The massage itself was done lazily. I was the last appointment of the day, but I paid just like everyone else. Something told me to set my timer from the time the masseuse came in the room to insure I get a full hour. I had a whole 8mins and 39 sec left on my timer when he was "done." I was really hoping this was a place I could go to do my massages, and considered signing up for a membership. I was highly disappointed and will not return to get subpar care. Not to mention I'm sore. I'm no professional, but I have given massages and I think I could have done a better job from the feedback I receive. I will not be going back. read more

Connie is absolutely the BEST! No matter what nonsense injury I have going on, I always leave feeling like a million bucks. She knows just the right pressure and does such a great job. At this location it was impossible to get appointments that were convenient. They do not have enough therapists. Multiple times my boyfriend and I would show up for our appointments and there was a mistake with scheduling. 3 times,consecutively, one of us left without a massage. In addition, they cancel appointments frequently because of the therapist failing to show. read more

First of all, I set up an appointment and they wanted a credit card over the phone which I wasn't comfortable with but I did it. They booked me at 4:00 for an hour long massage with a female masseuse. I showed up up 15 minutes early to fill out forms and then sat in the waiting room until 4:15 when a young male walked in and said he was going to be my masseur. He must have seen my expression when he asked "weren't you expecting me". I said no, I was expecting a female and I was expecting that person 15 minutes ago. If they had been upfront and honest that they had somehow fucked up the schedule I would have been fine but for them to fake that they didn't even know there was a mistake... well that was just too much for me. Not a great massage from my tech, crappy customer service from the desk girl, she put me down for a 60 min massage when I specifically asked for a 90 minute, they didn't care did nothing about it and could not get me out of there fast enough! I even said I wasn't pleased with the mistake! I have been in the business for over 20 yrs and I know the in's and outs of massage and would never recommend this location!! I want to start by saying I really love massage. One of the ladies that works the front desk is so sweet and always giggly. I believe her name is Candy. She's always a joy to book my appt with. I see Jason and he is GREAT!!! He really understands the body and muscles. I recently saw Liz and she is just as amazing! I'm always afraid to try someone new because I'm afraid of not liking their style of massage but the few I have tried are all good. I would love to be able to get in with Estelle more but she books up. The manager Angela knows me by name and greets me every time I walk through the door. She actually remembers the things I tell her about my life and always ask how I'm doing. It makes me feel like the people there just don't see me as another customer and see me as a friend. Angela recommended I book a facial to try it out so I can't wait to get that done next week! I will defiantly continue to visit this location and tell my friends about it too. They have a huge problem with keeping their appointments and communicating that. My girlfriend and have made multiple appointments to go at the same time only to find out when we get there that one of our appointments have been cancelled without notification. They always say they tried to call but this is an utter falsehood. They take their money every month but rarely provide the services they are supposed to. Buyer beware. read more

This place is awesome! I made a surprise appointment for my boyfriend and they really took care of him! He is at Fort Campbell and has a very sore back. He is also very tall. They were able to accommodate his needs no questions asked. He had Mr Tommy as his masseuse and he said the guy really knew what he was talking about with the physical strain of the being military. I have a busy schedule so I do have time constraints, but I have called probably five times to try to get an appointment during one of the times I am available and they never have any openings. When I drive by, they never appear to be busy. I have a gift card for the service but I'm about to give up. Whatever you do, do not sign up for their membership program. In the past year, they have called me to cancel my appointment on the same day I was scheduled because of personal issues the therapist was having. Now it is their policy that if I cancel on the same day that I will have to pay a cancellation fee or lose my monthly credit. This in my mind is completely unprofessional. I was a massage therapist for 13 years. Whenever I was ill, I always called another therapist to cover my shift. My clients were my professional top priority. Obviously massage envy does not value their clients. Why would I want to continue seeing anyone there when they do not honor my scheduled appointments. I can be understanding once, maybe twice, but this is starting to turn into a joke. I'm cancelling my membership and really feel they should refund the $59 they currently have on the books. Aside from all that, their massages are not very good. James bullied me every time I moved cause I was uncomfortable. Joseph was good, but he's the one who regularly cancels on me. I have seen several different therapist, and everyone did an amazing job. The customer service is very accommodating.

The massage therapist talked throughout the majority of the massage (not relaxing), became defensive when I explained that most therapists leave the room when the client needs to turn over(felt uncomfortable), and was generally aggressive/impatient--not traits that I associate with a relaxing experience. I will not return. Unfortunately, I know a friend of a friend who also had an unpleasant experience with this therapist. I should have consulted with her before choosing massage envy. They told me that this man was the best at neck/shoulder therapy, but I wonder if he just doesn't have any clients because he has the demeanor and bedside manner of an army drill sergeant. read more

This location has a bad management problem evidently. On several occasions they have called one hour before our massages and canceled due to someone not showing up. Now our massages were always scheduled for the afternoon, and they knew from early morning that our masseuse was not coming in, yet they waited till an hour before our appointment to call. Now, had this happened once, I'd say, ok and reschedule, which is what we did, but after third time in less than three months, I canceled my membership. Now this was all after them overcharging my credit card within the first couple of months of membership. I simply canceled that card and continued month to month per an agreement with them. After all if they can't be trusted with my card, that's on them. I gave them every opportunity to get their act together, and there was no less than one issue every month. We loved the massages that we got, when we were finally able to get them. We now have credits, due to so many cancellations. I only hope we can get those used up, since we were charged every month for services that were not rendered. I hope your experience is better than ours. Good luck. read more
