I tipped in cash at checkout. If you love true deep tissue and not the light, feathery "relaxation only" type of massage, this is your place. I am not a fan of soft massages. I want my knots addressed directly and thoroughly, and A-One delivered exactly that. The reservation process was seamless. They confirmed by text a few days beforehand, which was incredibly convenient. I was able to secure an appointment within a week, even during a holiday weekend. That alone impressed me. My appointment was closer to closing time, and when I arrived about five minutes early, my room was already prepared. No waiting around. Huge bonus. The massage room was clean with fresh linens. Nothing smelled off. Everything felt well maintained. Noise level was zero. I honestly do not think there were any other guests at the time because it was so peaceful. Now the massage itself. Their technique is incredibly on point. I carry a lot of tightness in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. If you struggle with the same areas, you will love their style.
