However, about 30 minutes into my massage, a couple other staff members arrived at the studio and were being ridiculously loud... They were yelling down the hall, slamming doors, the microwave. Someone with a heavy foot was stomping up and down the hallway outside the rooms at least 15 times, back and forth, making it impossible to relax.. I was really disappointed by this because it was everything but peaceful.. I think the staff need to be more aware of the environment in which they work and remember that their are massages taking place even if they themselves aren't giving one at the time. As for the MASSAGE itself, Megan was great. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I needed it badly. It was my first deep tissue and it hurt in a good way. She really loosened up my neck and spots that had been hurting me. I scheduled another with her before leaving. I'm hoping I have an overall better experience at this upcoming appointment.

No filing the sides of my nails too far, no harsh chemicals for the most part, no acrylics. They do use gels and gel polish if you wish or regular polish. THEY HAVE MOVED TO A NEW GREAT LOCATION!!! The owner had a she-shed built next to her house so there will be no more moves! I am posting photos of the new place (day 1 so it isn't all spiffed up yet). Shelby, the owner, and her mom, Melissa, are the only ones who work here and I just love them. Highly recommended!!

I told him no. He then later randomly wipes off my toe nail polish I just got done. And then when I was getting a manicure, he came and sat next to my son playing loud, rowdy, rolling on the floor, and then HE SPIT TWICE ON MY SON! That was where I drew the line and told him NO! She wiped off the spit off my son and continued letting the kid be so rowdy. Even another customer had to get involved and tell him to not keep running out the door where it's near the road. He definitely shouldn't be allowed near customers or in the work space. Overall very unhappy not even a little discount to make up for any of it!

I found the Lifestyle Spa because I have been following my skin guru, Kimberly Ross, for the past 10+ years. My mum connected me with Kimberly when I was 12 years old because I had a pretty bad unibrow- couldn't be walking around like that! I'm not going to lie, I have some great brows- they are full and thick and have a nice natural arch, so many people wanted to thin them out and make them something they structurally shouldn't look like. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin.
