Connie is a highly skilled professional, and very accommodating. I can't describe how relaxed I felt during and after the massage. I paid a little extra for the farmhouse fresh products (scrub, oil, lotion) as an addition to my massage and I'm glad I did. She utilized a pregnancy body mold pillow and a hydrating honey glaze - I was very pleased with the support offered by the pillow and the hydration the honey glaze provided. I can't say enough great things about this place - it's clean, comfortable and relaxing.

I am speaking from my own experience of receiving massage on a regular basis for the past 45 years and having been a massage therapist myself in the 80s. I am very much in touch with what massage tecniques work for me and what doesn't. I am quite vocal during treatment as to what I need. My first massage was with Susanna - she was amazing! She is kind and compassionate. She listened to what I needed, as well as what I didn't want. She checked in with me often and adjusted her pressure accordingly. My last appointment was with Melanie, the owner. She was incredible, too! She, like Susanna, listened to what I needed and began her massage on the areas that were giving me the most discomfort. She also checked in with me often to see if the pressure was working for me. Not only did these therapists work through my stress and strains in my body, they quieted my soul with relaxation massage built into the therapy massage. I highly recommend CAYA massage. I felt better when I left than when I arrived, which in my opinion should always be the experience. It's also a very comfortable, relaxing environment. Everyone is super friendly. If I could give them 100 stars, I could. Cathleen B.

My sit/stand ergonomically minded work station still isn't perfect and all that stress collects in the same darn spots. My therapist found those spots as well as some other sneaky spots and worked them out confidently. TBH I was a bit leery when I first saw this business on Yelp being part of a private residence. My husband surprised me with a gift certificate after he braved checking it out, going in person to the professional little office to make sure it's legit. It's legit!! Will return!

You do need to scurry, however, once your session is complete as they book the appointments pretty close together and there is only one space for cleaning up and getting prepped to re-enter society. The place was clean, the massage bed was comfortable and warm, and stocked with hand sanitizers. I will definitely be back.

*shortened, photo of full review…read more I've been dreading this update because I had whole-heartedly supported this business and the owner. Now, I am extremely disappointed, but mostly heart-broken. In a short span of time, I bought multiple packages (with gratuity already included for a stress-free, all inclusive experience) so that I could take care of people that I love, but the big motivation for me was to support the owner, who I considered a blessing when I was just starting out on my healing journey. I booked a session each for multiple family members and friends, hoping to make meaningful connections between people I cared about (the owner being the focal point) and to build a network of regular clients for the owner, who would then suggest her business to others in their circles. Unfortunately, I will never patronize this business again nor will I continue to recommend the services and bring my friends & family here; I am now warning them to steer clear because of how unpleasant my experience has been. If you are looking for a massage therapist, this business is definitely worth a try! As a reviewer, I feel like the least I can do is provide an honest update of some things to keep in mind. 1.) New, Unlisted Policy: If you are a No Call/No Show, and you've purchased a package, you will lose TWO sessions as a penalty. If, like in my case, you miss the last session on a package, you will lose that session and you will be charged for another session. At least that was my experience when we committed our first and only offense. 2.) The Reasoning: I was told packages would possibly be removed all together because of the rising occurrences of NC/NS. This is because sessions booked with pre-paid packages are seen as working for free on those days. There are more points I'd like to share, but the two above feel like the most important. To possible future clients or current ones, I hope your experience will be nothing like mine or my friend's, I hope that you only have all the good things others have described and what I had written about originally.

I nearly cried in my car after leaving because I felt so free, so light weight, so much joy from the stress and tension being lifted away. The establishment was so clean and smelled so amazing that once you take a step in the office you inhale such great energy that you instantly feel at peace. Alysha was so sweet and did a superb job at making observations on what my body needed best, she listens and truly feels what your muscles are communicating that I didn't have to speak about it she just knew because she has this unique style that not many massage therapist carry. She has extensive knowledge on natural products and oils she impressed me deeply. When I took a step off the table my body felt like it wanted to vibrate, I felt everything melted away like I was on a higher level. I had massages before and woke up sore the next day. Today, I feel amazing and slept like a baby!!! I went in to support a black owned business but now she's an essential in my monthly self care! She has a kindred spirit and it shows in her work! I seriously can't wait until my next appointment. If you're in pain or just stress I highly recommend you book with her! You won't regret it you'll be thanking yourself for such an experience you decided to do.
