He snatched the card out of my hand and then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't that serious. I inquired about his aggression he slammed the card back onto the counter and said "here since you want the card so bad". I then retracted my appointment and walked out. As I was walking out he said "you can f***** leave* The overall establishment should provide peace of mind and more than anything the customer service should be welcoming. I did not feel welcomed at this location. I do recommend Ivy Glam Spa, they provide mimosas, snacks, sushi on some days, and great service !

The staff was very professional and respectful. I had a guy and he had a woman. They checked during the massage to make sure the pressure was ok and that the stones weren't too hot. When it was time for me to turn over the female masseuse helped keep my cover in place and the male masseuse looked away. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Only thing I don't like is the door to the rooms are thin and have slats so it feels like you can be seen while changing. The room was near the front desk so we could hear as others moved about but it wasn't loud/ distracting. Looking forward to my next visit!

I genuinely enjoyed my experience at this spa from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was…read morebeautiful, the service was enjoyable, and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. Unfortunately, what happened at the end of my visit completely changed my impression of the establishment. This was a birthday gift, and my massage had already been paid for before I arrived. After the service, my massage therapist Jean asked me, in front of everyone in the reception area, whether I wanted to leave a tip. I found this extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Tipping is a personal decision, and if a gratuity is going to be discussed, I believe it should be handled discreetly and respectfully--not in front of other customers in a way that can make someone feel pressured or put on the spot. What makes this especially disappointing is that I truly enjoyed everything else about my visit. A simple, professional checkout could have left me wanting to return and recommend the spa to others. Instead, the way the tip was handled was enough to make me reconsider ever patronizing this establishment again. Customer experience doesn't end when the massage is over. The way you make a client feel when they leave matters just as much as the service itself. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this was an avoidable situation that left a lasting negative impression on what otherwise could have been a wonderful experience.

When I'm under a great deal of stress I end up with a very tight back. If I don't get it taken care of I will end up having a tension headache. Welp, all that ended up happening, minus the headache. i knew I needed to prevent the headache. I normally had a in home traveling massage therapist, but they moved 8 months ago. I was desperate to get my back worked on. I passed Lotus Foot Spa a few times while in the mall. I decided to give them a shot. Let's just say I will be back! This is not a complete spa setting. But, if you need your body worked on they work hard. They listen to you, and deliver a fantastic service. I had an hour body massage in the table and at the same time a 30 min foot massage. It was a full on deep tissue like foot massage and a mini deep tissue massage in my back. I knew I needed it all so I just let it keep happening. I feel so much better. I was able to full relax in some parts. Your personal belongings go under the table during the massage. They do have a sheet that covers you even though you're fully clothed. I paid $145 including tip for my services. I was taken immediately after walking in. I'm definitely going back more often to get taken care of. If you're looking for a complete spa experience with bells and whistles this is not for you. But, if you're looking for a good massage and can feel comfortable with limited privacy this will do the trick. I personally can go either way. They are great here!
