The exam itself was great and all the pretesting, the ultimate reason for my low score is they never billed me for my exam; I kept checking with my eye insurance company through the remainder of 2024, but they kept saying they didn't see anything billed. Fast forward to one year later, they send me a bill but it shows that my insurance denied it, well, of course they denied it because you're billing me a year after the services were done. Whose fault is that for billing my insurance company one year later? My second part is when I went back to pick up a variety of sample contacts. I was handed a bag on contacts with no instructions whatsoever provided; mind you, there were four different brands, two different styles and two different prescription strength of trials. What do you expect me to do; try and figure it out this blind puzzle? This is why I pay by American Express; when issues like this arise I don't have to go back and work with the supplier, AMEX does. I have all the receipts from my co-payments I made at the time of service, so nice try!!!
