The customer service was abrupt and unfriendly, the selection was regrettably near non-existent, and the prices were outrageous.
So I was surprised when, a year-and-a-half later, I came to this Conrad and found it to be totally the opposite. The employees were congenial enough, the store was huge with more than I imagined, and the prices were hit and miss, but not all terrible.
I still don't know why I would need to come here when there is a Saturn down the road, but it's still good to know that not all Conrad stores are terrible. And if you do need to go to Conrad, I would suggest this one any day.
