She has a great team of lawyers in her office to step in if anything should happen to her. You get a digital copy and a paper packet. Whether you get a will or a trust (she will explain what's best for your situation) - she would also be there for your family to assist if anything did happen to you. She was reasonably priced. She was very patient while I had so many questions and she recommended the best route for my situation. She is not forceful but quite the opposite. She truly loves what she does. If you do not have a will or trust- please call her and get a consultation. I'm only 56, but my dad passed without leaving legal instructions and documentation. This caused our family undue stress for about 1.5 years with probate court and red tape. If you should pass unexpectedly for whatever reason or become incapacitated- a Will and a Power of Attorney (medical and financial) would make life easier for your spouse or kids. We inherited him from our previous attorney, who was awesome. Unfortunately, now retired. We came to him for a simple deed. It took two months to complete. The main reasons, it was lost in the mail, "TWICE". Unfortunately, we paid him "cash" before everything was final. I was always having to call to see what was going on. In end the paperwork never showed up at the county. We set up a meeting with him so we could pick up copies and hand carry to the county. The first meeting they called, and he was sick. Then we agreed to meet again at the Woodland Park office, and he didn't show. We were not the only clients who showed up for him as well. There was no explanation for the no show. I called his wife Christine and asked her not to send the paperwork if it had not been sent, that I would head to the county and see what was going on. Instead, they went down the next morning and filed it anyway. The property description was not complete, so it was not even valid. I ended up creating my own document online with a 7-day trial, took it to the accessors office to check the description was correct, and filed it myself. We are in our seventies and were counseled to consult an attorney, so we did. It ended up costing us $350. Countless hours of stress and worry about our documents floating around "somewhere." He didn't seem at all "concerned or apologetic." Oh, and two trips to the county which is a 3-hour drive round trip to resolve this on our own. Either law is not his forte, or we were just not worth the effort.

The owner has a long history of ripping people off and has had to change business names multiple times. Avoid these jokers and find a company with real references (not one that attempts to use other company's references).
