My son went by the Maska Ottawa store looking for Christmas presents. He is 14 year of age and does not make differences if the store is praise or not.
He walks inside because he was attracted by a flower dress on the display window.
When him and his friend walk inside and touch the dress, one of the sale people approached then and asked them to leave the store because it was too expensive for them.
He fell so bad that he came home and tell us the story.
We recommended that he go back to the store and talk to the manager and express how the sale person made him feel.
The next day he went back to the store and tried talking to the manager.
The manager came over and asked him to leave the store or she will call security.
The day after my husband and I decided to pay the Maska store a visit.
We talked to the store manager. We asked for an apology for my son and she said no.
1-She blames my son for touching the things with no intention to buy.
2) She said that my son was disrespectful. (I have raze my son to be a respectful young man, however I do understand he is not perfect)
3) She also said she does not like teenagers in the store because sometimes they steel things.
4) She was rude to us furthermore she never took any responsibility for the sale person or her action.
Needless to say I will not be shopping at MASKA. read more
